In addition, inviting rewards as incentives will empower students’ performance. Timidness is common among teenagers, so that rewards, rather than punishments should be integrated to promote students to demonstrate their strong desire to express themselves in English, thus improving their oral English. Elaborated stationary such as notebooks, might be desirable prize for students who behave actively.
In the final analysis, autonomy and incentive are sure to bless students with live learning experience and inject vigor into our English class. I am convinced that we will reinvent ourselves in an optimized oral English course! I do hope my recommendations can be taken into consideration.
